Owings Mills, Md. (May 18, 2015) — Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard Equities announced today that LifeBridge Health will be leasing 29,000 square feet of space, representing 75% of the office building, at Foundry Row, the highly anticipated, $140 million development on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills.
LifeBridge Health is one of the largest comprehensive providers of health related services in the Northwest Baltimore region, offering preventive services, wellness and fitness services and educational programs throughout the area. The company has been expanding its footprint in the region and also opened offices in a 10,000-square-foot space at Hunt Valley Towne Centre, another Greenberg Gibbons property, last year.

Foundry Row is expected to open in 2016 and will be anchored by a 130,000 square-foot Wegmans. The new development will feature a mix of high quality shops, services and restaurants, including LA Fitness, DSW, Old Navy, Ulta, and more. The project includes 365,000 square feet of retail space as well as 60,000 square feet of Class A office space.
