Owings Mills, Md. (September 22, 2017) — Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard announced today that Palio, a Tuscan-style restaurant, is joining Foundry Row, the new $140 million development in Owings Mills.
Palio, known for its fresh ingredients, all-scratch kitchen, and creative chef-inspired dishes, offers traditional Tuscan cuisine including antipasti, pasta dishes and flatbread pizzas. The restaurant offers an extensive beverage list which includes craft beer, unique hand-crafted cocktails, wine and grappa.
The 5,400-square-foot restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor dining as well as a coffee and bake shop. Originally founded in Ann Arbor, Michigan, this is the restaurant’s third location and it’s expected to open at Foundry Row early 2018. Palio is named for the famous horse race that runs through Siena, Italy twice each year –the inspiration for their robust food, spirits and colorful interior.
The restaurant will join a new, 110,000-square-foot Wegmans Food Market at the retail and dining destination on Reisterstown Road. The property also features Bar Louie, Nalley Fresh, Mission BBQ, Smashburger, Zoe’s Kitchen, Bagby Pizza, Chipotle, Foundry Row Wine & Spirts, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, LifeBridge Health, LA Fitness and La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings and Décor.
